We will provide ….… musicians and a Caller for a fee of £ …..… inclusive, payable in cash on the night unless agreed otherwise in advance. We kindly ask that this be paid at the start of the evening or during the interval. The deposit is non-returnable if the booking is cancelled within 12 weeks of the event. We also reserve the right to charge a further cancellation fee if the event is cancelled at short notice. Events continuing after midnight are charged 25% extra.
We shall require access to the venue 30 minutes before the start time in order to set up our equipment and carry out sound checks along with access to a safe 13 amp power supply (2 sockets preferred).
For open air events, we shall require adequate shelter for musicians & equipment in the event of inclement weather. Dew after dusk or excessive dust/draughts in barns or marquees may also cause problems for us playing.
We would expect to take a short break during the evening if we are booked for more than two hours. During this time if food is available for guests, we would kindly ask to be included in the arrangements.
